Lucy Tequilas was born from the dream of two brothers, Juan and José Hernández, who opened their doors in December 2014 in the small but proud town of Schulenburg, Texas.
With many years of experience in the restaurant industry, they always knew they would one day open a place of their own. But not just any place — they envisioned something with identity, flavor, and a fresh take that stood out from everything else around.
What makes Lucy Tequilas different is their unique vision: a bold blend of traditional Mexican roots and modern Tex-Mex flavor. The menu is full of personality, generous portions, and dishes made to bring people together in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
